in our upcoming 

ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND RAISER

"YOUTH in the ARTS DAY" WORKSHOPS,

THEATRICAL PRODUCTION "IMAGINE" and EXHIBITORS MARKETPLACE

SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION for EXHIBITORS/VENDORS:

1.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS space will be assigned at registration.

2.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS area will be open during the following scheduled hours: 7:00pm - 10:30pm.

3.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS set up time will begin at 4:30pm and you must be finished setting up in the designated Room by 6:30pm.

4.) Any EXHIBITORS/VENDORS space not occupied by the close of set-up

(6:30pm on August 4, 2012) will be forfeited by the EXHIBITORS/VENDORS.

5.) All merchandise, racks or shelves, etc must be placed in your allotted space and will NOT be permitted in the aisles or walking area.

6.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS will be allowed to bring your own personal draping to cover or decorate your display area/items.

7.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS will be responsible for securing their merchandise throughout the day and evening.

8.) ALL EXHIBITORS/VENDORS must wear a badge at all times. Two badges will be provided for each registered EXHIBITOR/VENDOR.

9.) ALL EXHIBITORS/VENDORS The National 4-H Youth Conference Center does not allow outside food or beverage meals or service on the grounds especially, alcoholic beverages although, the EXHIBITORS/VENDORS are allowed to supply food product for sampling only but, they are NOT allowed to bring or sell any food products, for the purpose of immediate meal consumption. (sampling only)

10.) No installing or dismantling of Exhibits will be allowed during show operating hours and EXHIBITORS/VENDORS will be responsible for the removal of their goods and trash at the conclusion of the event (to be concluded no later than 11:30pm).

11.) EXHIBITORS/VENDORS are allowed to reserve and make payment for up to two (2) allotted reserved tables or spaces to display items.

12.) It is advisable that you bring your own equipment to expedite and facilitate your unloading.

13.) NO items may be sold with the name “IMAGINE”, “IMAGINE 1211” or with the "IMAGINE logo unless approved by us in writing.

14.) Once your application is approved, NO REFUND will be granted.

15.) If your application is not approved, you will be notified and your payment will be returned to you immediately after the EXHIBITORS/VENDORS selection process. (approx. 2 weeks after specified deadline)

Due to the limited space and exclusive selection process, exhibit/vendor space is based on a first-come, first serve basis.
